ROBBINS TABLE TENNIS RETURN POLICY:

We have been in business for 32 years and have a return policy that we believe is the most customer friendly.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with the product you purchased from us. If you want to return the item that you purchased, you can do so within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price less any applicable restocking fees. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Certain items are non-returnable to Robbins Table Tennis or to the factory. Simply give us a call to see whether a product can be returned.

For any items that we offer with free shipping, (includes returned and cancelled orders) the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount, as well as, the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. This will be prior to shipping your order.

For cancelled orders:

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for orders cancelled after the item(s) have been shipped. The shipping cost will include the cost of outbound shipping to the customer, and also the cost of the return shipping back to the warehouse. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges also apply to any shipments refused at the time of delivery, except for those refused for freight damage.

For cancelled orders with free shipping the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount as well as the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

It is also necessary to return all free promotional accessories included with the purchase to ensure proper credit. These items may have been shipped separately.

We do not charge a credit card processing fee for cancelled orders.

How to return/exchange your item:

FOR LARGE BOX ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT LINES: If the return item is a table tennis table or other game table, Robbins Table Tennis will arrange for a carrier pick up after the customer has notified us that the game table has been repackaged in the original packaging, and is in a position ready for the carrier to pick up.

FOR SMALL BOX ITEMS SHIPPED UPS OR POSTAL, ETC: Carefully package the return item in the original packaging, and choose your own method of return shipping. For your protection and to ensure proper credit, it is necessary that items be returned in the original packaging, shipping prepaid and insured for the full value. Safe wrapping is needed to prevent damage.

When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free promotional accessories which were part of the order. If a promotional item is missing from the return or is not in resalable condition, its value will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Once the item(s) are received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure they are in resalable condition, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, less any applicable restocking fee. If the return or exchange is for any reason other than an error on part of Robbins Table Tennis, the shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund.

Credit is issued within three to seven business days after receipt of the return.

Custom table tennis paddles are non-returnable.

If your item is defective or arrives with shipping damage:

We take every measure to ensure all products shipped are very well packaged. Any damage or factory defective parts will be replaced by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will also replace any missing parts. Simply contact us by email at warrantyandfreightdamagereports@robbinsspecialties.com or call us at 1-800-741-0333. We will provide you with information on how to get damage, defective or missing parts replaced.

To ensure proper credit it is necessary to make a note of any box damage on the shipping paperwork/delivery receipt at time of delivery. If the box is damaged in any way, note on the delivery receipt “box damaged contents to be inspected”.

Within three days of the receipt of the shipment (this applies to all shipments, with or without box damage), inspect the actual contents for any product damage and notify Robbins Table Tennis immediately in the event there is any actual damage to the product. Please do not discard any of the packaging material until you have fully inspected the contents.

Please inspect the contents of the box for damage prior to assembling any item. Assembled products cannot be returned.

If there is extensive carton damage it is best to refuse the shipment. This refused shipment will be automatically returned to Robbins Table Tennis. Please contact us if you refuse the shipment due to damage, so we can immediately arrange for a replacement shipment to be sent.
 If your item arrived damaged or defective please contact us by email at: warrantyandfreightdamagereports@robbinsspecialties.com or call us at 1-800-741-0333. Photos are necessary for warranty processing and freight damage claims.
Please retain the damaged or defective parts and the original box and packaging material, until you receive all the replacement parts.

Any freight damage replacements are limited to the product itself. Compensation is not offered for any hired services, such as, assembly, movement of products, repackaging, disposal of damage/defective parts or products. etc. In the event of any damage or defect, only the affected part(s) will be replaced. Any damaged or defective parts are disgarded by the customer and not picked up and removed by the carrier.

Warranty and shipping damage processing:

We process any product warranty for you. When you purchase a product through us, you are already pre-registered with the manufacturer for warranty processing. This means if you have any problems with the product, you contact us, and we will contact the manufacturer for you. Product warranty covers what is determined to be any manufacturer’s defect. Any misuse or incorrect handling of a product will not be covered under product warranty. The manufacturer will decide whether a product will be covered under warranty. Photos that demonstrate defect as determined by the manufacturer are needed to submit a warranty claim. Photos that demonstrate freight damage as determined by Robbins Table Tennis are needed to submit a freight damage claim.

The manufacturers’ procedures for remedy of a possible defect will be followed.

If the customer decides to return the product before or after the replacement parts are provided, the customer is responsible for the outbound shipping as well as the return shipping to the factory or to Robbins.

Any warranty replacements are limited to the product itself. Compensation is not offered for any hired services, such as, assembly, movement of products, repackaging, etc.

We take measures to provide you with accurate shipping information. Once an item has shipped, the delivery schedule is determined by the freight company. Therefore delivery dates are not guaranteed. Customers are required to communicate with the carrier directly regarding delivery. Deliveries are normally Monday through Friday.

Method of Delivery:

With most of our table tennis tables and large game table deliveries, the table is taken off the end of the delivery truck. However, some deliveries are curbside so it is helpful to have a hand truck or a dolly available for delivery. The driver will need your help to unload the product from the truck. Due to liability purposes and the safety of the delivery person, drivers are unable to go inside or up or down stairs at the delivery location.

Special delivery quotations can be made for customers who require inside delivery.

Questions regarding table tennis table assembly, missing parts etc., are handled by representatives of that factory. Questions regarding Table Tennis tables that are designed by Robbins and made by contractor factories are answered by the U.S. representatives of that factory.

When shipping is stated as being included, it is included to most locations. It is possible, based on the particular game table product, and delivery location that there could be extra shipping. If there is any more shipping expense for your order, you will be notified in advance so that  you may be decide on continuing the order or not.

Folding dimensions of a table tennis table cannot be guaranteed. If a dimension is critical to make a purchasing decision, send an e-mail with a specific request. We will then ask the factory to confirm and certify the folding dimensions.

Guaranteed Delivery

Guaranteed delivery means that an actual freight routing estimate performed within the Freight carriers system indicates that a delivery will be made by the guaranteed date.

Folding Tables

Folding table tennis tables have a folding mechanism that is flexible and often will not always allow the table halves to meet up perfectly even at the center of the table. The chassis flexibility, unevenness of the floor, and normal variation of the table top dimension, can all contribute to this variation.
